“I am beyond thrilled to announce the Food For Thought group art exhibition. This art show marks my curatorial debut alongside my partner in crime @tiana__monet ! We couldn’t be more excited to share our passion project with you all! This exhibition is more than just a showcase—it’s a carefully curated exploration of ways food intertwines with every part of our existence.
Food is never just food. It is a storyteller, a memory keeper, a cultural thread that weaves through our lives, shaping our identities, relationships, and communities. It is a symbol of abundance and scarcity, of connection and isolation, of joy and survival. Through this show, we invite you to explore food as a lens to examine identity, consumption, sustainability, our relationships, and the human experience itself.
Featuring an incredible lineup of femme artists, Food For Thought is a space where art becomes dialogue, where paintings, sculptures, photography, mixed media pieces, and more challenge, provoke, and inspire. Through our work, we, as artists, are dissecting the personal and collective meanings of food—how we share it, how we withhold it, how it nourishes, and how it divides” -SLOANE MILLER
